Too fast TCP retransmissions
This event occurs when two conditions are met:
First, a TCP packet in a conversations retransmission time is less than the value set in the "TCP Too Fast Retransmissions" threshold (Transport Tab).
Second, the sequence number is less than (or equal to) the previous number.
Possible reasons for the event:

One system is so much faster than the other system in the conversation that it is overpowering the receiving station.
